Living with Distinction

I have worked with Rallis Construction for past few years. Their attention to detail and quality is exceptional. In a Rallis built home there are no compromises. Every home is unique, built with the best materials and to their clients desires. I work with many different contractors and Rallis Construction homes always stand out.

Rallis Construction does an excellent job of building homes and we're happy to have their work on display in our Van Buskirk neighborhoods.

Very professional and yet very relaxed. We were referred by other friends that were happy as well. Service oriented. Will help you build the house you want at the budget you have set. Mike, Mike and Dusty are outstanding to work with. Great at communicating plans, deadlines and sorting through routine issues with the build. Couldn't be happier.

We have worked with Rallis Construction for 13 plus years doing the insulating of their homes. They have been a great builder to work with. They have a great attention to detail and keep a clean job site so each trade can get in and do their job and the next one can get in. So with that attention the jobs rum smoothly and get done in a timely manor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

They were honest and up front about the timeline and cost which is very hard to find. The quality is incredible and not having to worry whether things were being built right is priceless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

I had the pleasure of working for this wonderful construction company for 6 years. I was amazed with how much attention to detail goes into every job and custom house. They are truly the best in the business for quality custom homes. If you want your house built right, Rallis Construction is who you need to call.

We hired Rallis Construction 2 years ago to build our home and it was the best decision we made! The quality of their work & attention to detail is obvious to anyone that walks into one of their homes, but what really makes them great is how easy they are to work with & how enjoyable they make the process. They are the nicest group of guys & make you & your home feel like a priority, you're not "just another customer." They are easy to get a hold of & quick to fix any problems. We have been in our new home for just over a year now, and it is so well built & exactly what we wanted for our family. If we ever decide to build another home, we would choose Rallis Construction again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic general contractors, easy to work with and very through with clients and suppliers alike. Helps keep projects on time and at budget.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Rallis Team for the past 7 years. It is fun to watch the process of drawings on paper to the actual home and the personal touch that they put into each new project. Rallis’s are genuinely caring individual with realistic goals and expectations. I am proud to be one of their vendors.

We provide the granite and quartz countertops for Rallis Construction. The homes they build are excellent quality with creative new ideas making them very beautiful. The team at Rallis Construction is easy to work with, and we appreciate the opportunity to work with their clients on countertop selection.

We had a fantastic building experience with Rallis Construction. Their attention to detail is unmatched and we appreciated the care that was taken at every step in the process. We plan to build again in the future and we would consider no one else!

We absolutely love working with Rallis Construction! We have had the pleasure of staging their parade homes for the last few years. Their craftsmanship is by far one of the best in our area. The Rallis team is not only fun to work with but they are precise and attentive to all details. Their job site is always very clean and organized. We highly recommend working with Rallis Construction for your next home project.

I am Colin Waldner, the owner at Walls By Waldner Inc. I’ve been working with Rallis construction for 13 years doing all of their drywall install, tape and texture. Rallis construction accepts nothing but top quality work from their subcontractors. Dusty has a very good eye for detail and is quick to let me know if he sees something that isn’t up to his standards. We are always striving to keep our quality on or above par so we can count on doing the next drywall job for Rallis Construction. As a drywall contractor I always end up back at the house to do the final touch up, at this time all construction is pretty much complete besides final details. This is usually when I get a chance to chat with the homeowner, they seem to be excited & pleased with their new homes. I enjoy going back into the finished homes because it always gives me a sense of pride to see the work of all the trades come together to create a beautiful finished product!

Rallis Construction provides a custom built house for each individual customer. We have framed a number of houses for them and they always do top notch work and involve the best sub contractors and try to use the best material and supplies they can. There number one goal is customer satisfaction and truly put a custom touch on every house.

We really enjoyed working with Rallis Construction before, during and after our home was built. Their attention to detail, thoughtful floor plan, impeccable design elements, and quality of construction are the reason we chose to work with them. The reasons we will use Rallis Construction again, and recommend them to others, are their great communication throughout the project, their willingness to do whatever it takes to make things right, and their follow through. Dusty and Mike always answer our calls and return our emails, even long after our home was built when we have maintenance related questions. They have always been eager to offer assistance and share their vast contacts with us.

Our experience with the entire team at Rallis Construction was nothing less than excellent! We were living in Texas when we began our search for a perfect lot. The Rallis team worked with the listing agent to secure measurements and ensure the home size/design would work on the lot. As we began to design the home, the Rallis team did not rush us in designing the perfect style and layout to fit our lifestyle. We were able to meld multiple designs into the one perfect fit for us. Throughout the construction process, the team at Rallis Construction kept us informed as to what was occurring, the upcoming phases, status of cost, and upcoming selection needs. With my husband traveling frequently for work, the team at Rallis Construction communicated with us well in advance of their needs so as to not place rush or urgency on us to make a selection during a time when my husband would be out of town. In the end, we have a beautiful and comfortable home that perfectly fits our lifestyle, and it came in under budget even when adding a few additional options. I cannot say enough about their attention and communication to all aspects of the building process. Thank you Rallis team!

They are on top of all the details that go into building a dream home. They keep their subcontractors well informed, which directly benefits the client. I would highly recommend Rallis Construction for your next home project.
